Generic Terms
1. If you are not completely satisfied with our services in any shape or form, please let us know so that we can hopefully put things right.
2. We reserve the right to terminate the service without notice or refund if any of these terms have been breached or if it is our belief that the service is being used with fraudulent or criminal intent.
3. All mail held by us at termination of service shall be returned to sender. Outstanding monies will be deducted from your account.
4. To receive our services you must provide us with proper contact and e-mail addresses and telephone details. You must inform us immediately of any changes to your contact details, including your email address, or change requests to your service.
Mail Forwarding Terms
1. All mail items received and business and personal information acquired is treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to anyone outside our company.
2. Mail is forwarded as requested to the stated contact address and as a result, is not available to be picked up.
3. Our P.O. Boxes and mailing on to you is provided by 'Royal Mail'and/or 'Parcelforce'.
4. We reserve the right to refuse any application for our services without giving any explanation.
5. Fees for the service are set out on our website, and are subject to change.
6. We provide a mail forwarding service for private individuals and certain small businesses (sole proprietors and partnerships).
7. Fees can be paid by cheque, or preferably by 'PayPal', you do not need a 'PayPal' account to use this service, payment being made by debit or credit card, and is 100% secure.
8. Any request for our services must be supported by the signature on the registration form of all persons requesting the service, by signing the registration form, all persons agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
9. All applications for our services must be sent by post to our contact address on the appropriate registration form, or printed, signed and attached to an e-mail.
10. Whenever possible please use our online registration procedure, by ticking the box agreeing to our 'Terms and Conditions', you are adding your digital signature just as if you had signed a printed form, and by ticking the box you are bound by these 'Terms and Conditions'.

Upon termination of service, you must take all reasonable steps to notify all your contacts using this office of your new address, or the termination of use of our address.
Failure to notify your contacts after termination will result in mail being returned to sender.
Any outstanding monies beyond the amount of your account balance may be recovered by a debt collection agency or through a claim to the relevant County Court.
We communicate your account via e-mail, phone, text message and when posting mail to you, and it is your responsibility to ensure that these details are up to date.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service if we are unable to contact you appropriately.
We reserve the right, however, to provide information to the police or other investigative bodies where it is our belief that our services are being or have been used for criminal or fraudulent purposes.
Any changes to the contact address must be sent by email, text message or by phone.
We can accept, for collection/forwarding, all standard sized letters and small packages, although we reserve the right to hold/refuse or return any package at your expense if we feel the address is being used for fraudulent activity, and we will cooperate with any appropriate body that makes a legal request for information.
We also reserve the right to open any items before collection or forwarding that may be suspected of containing dangerous or illegal objects/substances.
We are not liable, nor applicable to any forms of refunds or compensation claims due to the failings of 'Royal Mail' or 'Parcelforce' in relation to this. service.
Our mail boxes can only accept mail, packages and parcels delivered by Royal Mail or Parcelforce, mail delivered by any other courier will not be accepted at the P O Box.
The services and prices stated on this website are for letters and small packages. Parcels are accepted for redirection but prices and conditions are by arrangement.
One months notice in writing will be given to all registered customers of any changes to our fees.
The £5.00 registration fee must be paid on registration and is non refundable.
Before the service can start you must purchase 'mail bonds' to open your account, these can be purchased at the time of registration, or as required, and are available in £5.00 increments.
We would expect you to keep at least £1.00 in your account, each time mail is forwarded to you we will inform you of the balance of your account.
This service cannot legally be offered to limited, incorporated or public limited company
Cash is not accepted.
If sending by e-mail please make sure that the body of your e-mail contains your contact details, and the fact that you have attached an application form, as all unsolicited e-mails with attachments are destroyed without opening.
