We do not charge any membership, monthly or annual fees; just a small one off registration fee.
Once registered, you arrange for your mail to be sent to one of our P.O. boxes.
When we receive mail for you we will contact you by e-mail, text or phone; whichever you prefer, you can then instruct us regarding your mail
We can hold your mail for as long as you want, or post it on to any address you give us at the time; or send it to an address you have registered with us; but we will always contact you to let you know that we have mail for you.
Unless urgent, contact with anyone outside the U.K. is usualy done by e-mail or post only.
You may want your mail delivered to your registered address as soon as we receive it, we will tailor the service to meet your requirements.
You will find that some mail forwarders charge around 12UKP a month for this service, plus a charge per item, plus envelopes plus postage; we have one charge, and that is per item received, plus postage at cost.
Our fee per item received covers the use of our mailboxes, holding for as long as you require and then posted on to your choice of address.
We offer this service to private individuals, and to small businesses, i.e. sole proprietors or partnerships; we cannot legally offer this service to limited, incorporated or public limited companies however large or small.
Our mail boxes can only accept mail, packages and parcels delivered by Royal Mail or Parcelforce, mail delivered by any other courier will not be accepted at P O Boxes.
These prices apply for letters and small packages only, rates for handling parcels are by arrangement.
